💡 Tips Tambahan:

• Notice period biasanya 1 bulan (atau ikut kontrak kerja) - Cek balik kontrak kerja korang & make sure korang follow notice period untuk elak dari kena tuntutan gaji ganti notis (in lieu of notice) oleh majikan di Pejabat Buruh.

• Jangan lupa selitkan ucapkan terima kasih dalam surat perletakkan jawatan korang tu - Walaupun pengalaman kerja korang dekat company tu tak 100% indah, profesional tetap profesional.

• Kalau hubungan korang dengan bos baik, boleh juga tambah ayat “I hope to keep in touch”. At least sejuk sikit hati bos korang walaupun korang selalu berseteru!
